Over the last 6 months S E Photography have been fundraising for 2 charites close to our hearts, after the Owner Stacey England 3rd son Noah was born in December 2014.
Noah was born at Broomfield Hospital but suffered a complicated birth and had to go to addenbrooks Rosie Hospital for cooling.
The care was outstanding in the neo natal unit and the sick childrens trust was there for them when they needed it the most and gave them a place to stay with Noah while he was treated.
As these two charities were so amazing we decided this care was only possible because of people that go out there and do fundraising.
As a company we have supported Cancer research uk for many years and this year decided that these charities needed our help.
After many Facebook posts selling items from the studio, to selling a family portrait day where we had 6 families in 5 hours come into the studio for a teddy bears picnic with their children.
We also had staff making taggies which are baby comforters and selling them to clients and at mum2mum markets for £5 each but seeing them sell for as much as £40 each. Plus lots more.
We managed to raise over £1200 for The Sick Children Trust and over £1000 for The Rosie’s neo natal unit.
We will continue in 2016 to fund raise for the sick childrens trust we have lots of different ideas planned, and you never know you need this charity until a friend or family member has a sick child or even yourself.
We hope to also give away a wedding for them too so if you know someone with a budget for their wedding and its a simple short wedding then email us and we can see if this offer suits them.
