I got a call from Daniel and they moved their wedding forward from Easter time to January due to ill health. I had done a site visit but on the day unfortunately some areas were not available due to it being january.
This was exciting to shoot at a castle and one id never worked at before. January like november is difficult because it could be cold wet or even snow. Thankfully the rain held out but there was no sun in sight so we added some blue skies in some images to enchance them.
Sarah was clever and when we knew how big the venue was and how much walking was needed she brought her ugg boots to keep her feet nice and toasty during the photos. In one shot we even had Sarah spinning to show them off.
Theres so many grounds and we were out for a while making the most of them while the guests stayed warm inside.
We did take the guests through the castle for groups out the front, dinner was in the wing of the castle extension then guests came back through the castle for an evening reception on the restaurant.
