Holly and Adam were married on the 2nd April 2015 at St Germanus Church in Faulkbourne followed by the wedding reception held at Channels in Lt Waltham.
Today Stacey our owner was back in action from Maternity leave and what a great day it was to be photographing the wedding of Holly and Adam who were recommended to us by Channels.
We began our day at Channels for bridal preparation with Holly, the 4 bridesmaids and Mother of the Bride (who had the honorable job of giving Holly away today), we captured some lovely fun shots outside in the pretty garden before heading off to church to meet Adam and the men who were patiently waiting at St Germanus Church in Faulkbourne a pretty little church off set from the road nettled in beautiful countryside, Adams childhood home could even be spotted in the distance!
After the lovely service, (during which Holly’s mother done such a great job of walking her daughter down the aisle whilst trying to hold back those tears), we took Holly and Adam around the grounds of the church we found an amazing huge old fallen Oak Tree stump which proved to be an amazing focal point in some of the photographs for Adam and Holly, we had Adam sitting on top of the tree giving Holly a romantic glance over to were she was standing to the side looking up to Adam.. the photographs look amazing. There we also found another beautiful tree which we made use of for our newly weds to lean on and have a little cuddle their first as Mr and Mrs!
Once we had finished here and headed back to Channels we were sure to take some shots of Holly and Adam sitting on the end of their lovely hired VW camper van next to the lovely lake at the front of the venue, we love the camper vans brings a real retro feel to the day. We also had fun using our props this day Holly and Adam really enjoyed the balloon shots were we got each of them to draw each other on a balloon and pop them in front of their faces and move them up and down we had real fun and the photographs really would be a talking point for years to come.
Holly and Adam also booked our Youtube montage service as part of their package, so during the day as well as taking photographs we were also taking small video clips all at exactly the right moments, which later go on to be created into a short video along with images and music and placed onto Youtube, a fantastic idea to share on your social media page or for guests who couldn’t make the wedding to view online. You can find out more on this service by giving us a call at the office.
We loved staying to the evening to capture all those important moments, cutting of the cake, the first dance and of course those guests dancing and enjoying themselves.
Here are some images from the day….
