Becky and Micheal 15th August 2015 St Andrews Church and Friern manor

Becky and Micheal were married at the stunning church of St Andrews in Hornchurch on 15th August 2015. They went on to have their reception at the beautiful venue Friern manor.

Becky had a vintage lace theme to the wedding and her wedding dress matched this perfectly. She had 3 bridesmaids, one of which was pregnant and they all looked lovely in their green dresses. Becky also had her two nieces as flowers girls who looked very sweet.

For her own reasons Becky had her Grandad giving her away at the church, and he looked very proud to have Becky on his arm.

After the church service Becky and Michael had a doubledecker red bus outside which we got some great/fun photos with, they also had a vintage car take them to their reception venue. Becky and Michael requested to use a lot of our vintage props for their photos and we managed to get some good shots in the ground of Friern Manor.  The venue was decorated with a very vintage feel using the couples colours of green and pink.

The couple also requested for a silhouette photo to be taken in the evening, which we were able to get out in the field by the venue as they had a lovely summers evening and a beautiful sunset.

Clare and Matthew St Johns Church, Ingatestone and Brentwood County High School 1st August 2015

Clare and Matthew were married at the Catholic Church of St John the Evangelist in Ingatestone. They then went on to have their reception at Brentwood County High School, as this is where Matthew works.

Clare wore a lovely wedding dress that was mainly lace and her 2 bridesmaids were in a lovely deep blue colour dress. Clare and Matt had 2 flower girls and 3 pageboys all of which looked very sweet in their outfits.

The mother of the bride, bridesmaids and flower girls arrived to the church in a lovely white vintage car. Then followed Clare arriving with her father in a similar car. The church service was lovely and as it was a catholic service the bride and groom and some guests took communion.

Following the service we took the couple off for their photos in a field with a nice lake just up from the school, which we got some great shots by.

Victoria and Jonathon 31st July 2015 Channels.

Victoria and Jonathan were married at St John The Evangelist Church, in Moulsham Street. Then went on to have their reception at Channels on 31st July 2105.

Victoria was in stunning bridal gown which was made for her by her ? The couple had 4 bridesmaids who wore floral dresses with lavender bouquets and they had 7 ushers all in blue suits.

Victoria’s bridesmaids arrived at the church in a camper van decorated in flowers, soon to be followed by Victoria arriving in a bright pink camper van with her Dad.

The church service was lovely and included a special moment of one of the bridesmaids singing a song and playing a guitar.

Back at the reception venue of Channels we managed to get some great shots of the couple with the props that they wanted to use such as the Iphone and our new Love sign that went well with the meadow theme the couple had. Later on in the evening we took the couple back outside to get some photos and we was lucky with the weather and had a clear sky which enabled us to get a shot of the full moon that was requested by Victoria and Jonathan.

Rachel & Daniel’s Maidens barn 30th July 2015

Rachel & Daniel had their wedding and reception on at Maidens Barn in the village of Pleshey near Chelmsford on 30th July 2015 .  This was an intimate wedding at an intimate rural venue. Rabbits were the theme for the day, with tables being named after rabbit breeds and cute little toy rabbits decorated around the venue.

Rachel looked pretty in a lace and satin dress that had some beautiful jewelled beading work on it. She carried a striking orange and blue bouquet, made up of mainly orange Roses and Gerberas,  of which the bridesmaids posies were also made, complimenting their blue dresses.  To bring everything together Daniel wore an orange tie and pocket hankerchief.

After the beautiful ceremony we noticed that there was a lovely evening sky, so we took the couple out in to the field and go some great shots in the long grass. We also used a few of our props such as the blue parasol which went well with the colour theme of the the day.

Please take a look at some photos of the day…

Alix and Mark 1st August 2015 St Marys Church and Channels

Alix and Mark were married at St Mary’s Church then had their reception at Channels.

Alix wore a stunning wedding dress with lace detail and her 3 bridesmaids were in lovely long green dresses. Alix and her bridesmaids had beautiful bouquets filled with blush pink roses which went great with the vintage theme they had for the wedding.

Once we met the groom, his best man and the 3 ushers at the church we got some great photos of them all with pocket watches. The church was a new venue for us as we hadn’t photographed there before, it was a very old church but very beautiful. Just down the road from the church we found a cornfield that we got some great shot in which went well with the vintage theme. Back at Channels we used some new areas around the venue for shots as we always like to find new and different ways to photograph our couples.

The venue was decorated with vintage colours, their wedding cake was very vintage looking and it all went really well together.

As a great surprise for the bride she was given a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes as a wedding gift from her new husband.
