Chloe and Andrew were married at Crondon Park on the 22nd December 2014.
Our day started at Crondon Guest House to photograph Chloe getting ready with her 5 bridesmaids, we captured some great shots of the girls in their matching personalised pyjamas they really looked great as well as this we photographed all the lovely personal items at this time such as the bouquet, perfume, garter and jewellery, we even had some high heeled welly boots to capture which really were something!
Chloe and Andrew were a lovely happy couple and we really enjoyed capturing there special moments, with it being just 3 days before Christmas everybody was in high spirits and the theme of the wedding was very festive. The bridesmaids wore Red dresses with wintery White fluffy boleros, the flower bouquet, posies and button holes were Christmassy Red, and the atmosphere in Crondon was beautiful, warm and cosy with Christmas trees and Bright Red baubles which came in handy as great props for some photographs later in the evening!
we enjoyed capturing some really romantic shots of our newly weds after the ceremony alongside the beautiful lake in the grounds and some lovely walking shots on the long sweeping drive.
Helen and Darren were married on the 23rd November 2014 at Stockbrook Manor.
The bridal preporation began for Helen and her 2 bridesmaids (Helen’s sisters Rachel & Jennifer) at Pontlands Park, here we captured those all important images of Helen getting ready and all the personal items, shoes, flowers, garter and jewellery, it always lovely to capture those special moments to of Helen having her jewellery put on by one of her sisters and of the back of the dress being button up.
Once we finished here we traveled over to Stockbrook Manor to meet Darren, Best Man Paul and the 3 Ushers Rick, Mark and Lloyd, it was here we had a complete downpour of heavy rain, but that didnt dampen the spirits, we soldiered on and even managed to incorporate the umbrellas for some fun shots of the men jumping in the air holding the brollies the rain just gave us an extra special effect!
After the beautiful ceremony we took Helen and Darren off for their traditional photographs, we were prepared and had Helen’s wellies and brolly in hand to save those lovely wedding shoes in the downpour! We managed to capture some beautiful images of our newly weds, making use of the lovely areas around Stockbrook Manor. Some of our favourites from the day were of the Helen and Darren walking hand in hand splashing their feet in the rain holding our lace parasol in the air, Helen and Darren were so full of smiles it was just great.
We also made use of the stunning banqueting suite and photographed our newly weds have a romantic dance together and Helen having a lovely twirl with that gorgeous dress.
Kathryn and David were married on the 15th November 2014 at The Warren, Woodham Walter.
It was a lovely day in November that we photographing the wedding of Kathryn and David, we started our day at the Limes Guest House in Maldon, just off of the high street. We met Kathryn here along side her 6 bridesmaid and Man of Honor, Kathryns brother Nino (who done an amazing job by the way). Here we captured shots of all Kathryns personal items including the lovely full wedding gown, Autumn coloured bouquet, perfume, garter and those amazing Vivienne Westwood wedding shoes!
As well as taking the photographs for the day we also captured small clips of video footage throughout the whole day, which would finally be put together to produce a Youtube Montage.. This is something we offer here at SE Photography and can really be a great added feature, Kathryn purchased this extra cover so that her family overseas who could not make the wedding could feel like they were actually there whilst watching the short video, such a great idea.
The Limes guest house had a small but pretty garden area for us to use and this was where we captured the bride and bridesmaid photographs along with Nino of course!
After leaving Kathryn we made our way across Maldon to The Warren to meet David and his Best Man (Brother Mark) and 2 Ushers. We took our traditional photographs in the lovely gardens surrounding the venue, the men looked great in their matching Grey morning suits with those lovely bright coloured Red and Orange Cravats and Button holes.
After the lovely ceremony we captured the group photographs in the garden of the venue and then whisked our happy newly weds off around the grounds for their tradtional photographs. There are so many lovely Green areas here we were spoiled for choice, we also had a lovely sweeping drive to take a romantic photograph of our couple walking hand in hand away from us, and for Kathryn to give us a lovely twirl in that amazing dress. Our couple were really happy to use our wedding props on the day which bought an great extra element of fun to the images and also to the video clips for the YouTube montage, we even had them riding in a golf buggy which actually helped transport them from one part of the grounds to the other without having to damage those amazing wedding shoes!
Before our day ended we headed back to the venue to capture the small details around the wedding breakfast room, although we did have one big item to photograph and that was the amazing Choccywoccydoodah cake specifically designed for our couple completely from Chocolate it was certainly a masterpiece and a talking point for all the guests!
Sarah and Mark were married on the 14th November 2014 at Little Channels.
We were looking forward to photographing Sarah and Marks wedding as we already knew the brides family, as we photographed Sarah’s sisters wedding 9 months earlier in the year. We always like it when we are asked back to photograph another member of the same family.
Starting off our morning at Sarah’s parents home along with 3 bridesmaids and of course Sarah’s parents, we were lucky enough to have stunning back garden to make use of for some lovely photographs of Sarah on her own and alongside Sarah’s parents and Bridesmaids, the Autumn coloured trees made such a lovely backdrop to Sarahs photographs.
Once we had finished we moved on to Little Channels to meet Mark and his adorable son Lewis, who looked so smart in his suit which matched Daddies! we captured some great father and son shots and Lewis was every bit the model he knew all the right poses without us having to ask him at all! we had lots of fun and photographs the family will really treasure.
Sarah arrived into Little Channels with her Father in a Cream classic Rolls Royce it was stunning and looked amazing sitting back in all its glory behind Sarah the bridesmaids and Sarahs Father in some photographs outside the venue.
It was a beautiful ceremony and we caught some lovely moments between Sarah and Mark, they are such a happy smiley couple we couldn’t help but also smile as we clicked away. Once the ceremony had finished we whisked our newly weds off around the grounds to capture some traditional couple shots, we know Channels and Little Channels extremely well and where to capture the greatest shots, on this particular day we were lucky enough to have both Little Channels and a short period of time to use the slightly bigger venue Channels for a few outdoor shots as there wasn’t another wedding on that day.
The photographs look stunning one of our favourites from the day had to be the leaning shot of Sarah and Mark in front of the L shaped barn, with a little post processing of a lovely rainbow effect surrounding them… just beautiful! Our couple were also happy to incorporate some of our wedding props and on this day we used out Thank you sign, chalk boards, hessian bunting and our love letters all of these bring something a little extra to the images and add an extra element of fun.
Nicola and Alex were married on the 6th November 2014 at The Reid Rooms in Margaret Roding.
We met Nicola at The Reid rooms inside the bridal suite along with the 5 bridesmaids, even though it was November it was a lovely day for a wedding and Nicola and the girls looked amazing. Nicola wore a classic Ivory dress with pretty detail on the bodice and a floor length veil and the girls wore floor length Navy dresses with beautiful diamante detail to the bodices.
We captured some lovely shots of the girls together outside the manor house before heading off to meet Alex, Best Man Michael and 2 Ushers Jon and Chris. The men looked lovely in their Navy morning suits, we took the time to take some group photographs making use of the lovely country surroundings, we even found an old White field gate which looked great with the men behind it leaning in towards us.
It was a lovely ceremony in the venues barn full of beams, Nicola and Alex were full of smiles and even a few happy tears came from Nicola during the service.
We took our newly weds off around the lovely grounds for their traditional shots, we made use of the lovely sweeping driveway, it was here we had Nicola doing a twirl for us to capture that lovely dress swishing in the air, it looks so effective in the photographs! The Reid Rooms has a lovely lake in front of the main manor house and this is another great spot for some romantic photographs of the couple and it was here that we made use of our wedding props, the hessian Mr and Mrs bunting looks so effective being used in such a lovely country setting.
Before finishing off we headed over to the hay barns, we love making use of the hay stacks for a real country setting, the photographs look so effective one of our favourites has to be of Nicola and Alex touching noses sitting on a hay stack whilst Nicolas gorgeous veil blows in the wind behind her!
